This rotisserie is equipped with a pivot system allowing it to tilt the fire source for vertical cooking.
This rotisserie uses wood charcoal for the cooking part, while the spit is supplied electrically. In addition, coal is deposited on a internal grille to leave a vacuum of air and thus prevent the embers from choking - we have thought of everything! For use in vertical mode, the charcoal grill has a basket flame tamer to keep the embers level; cooking juices can be recovered thanks to the grease collector.
The spit pin, in stainless steel, is topped with a sharp point to facilitate insertion.
