Solid and heat-resistant

Mathurin is an electric swivel spit for home use, inspired by professional models. It is a sturdy product, as its tank is made of stainless steel and its structure is covered with heat-resistant grey paint. More precisely, it works with charcoal for the cooking part and is electrically powered for the spit part.

Pivoting system for vertical or horizontal cooking

The Mathurin spit is equipped with a pivoting system for vertical cooking. It has an interior grill for the charcoal to leave an air gap and prevent the embers from smothering. This grid is equipped with a basket that keeps the embers level during vertical cooking. The juice is collected by the grease trap. The Mathurin has a large cooking surface with its enamelled grates. When used in horizontal mode, it is possible to place other foods such as vegetables on the grids, but also to reheat or keep warm your grill after cutting.

Adjustable height

Conveniently, the rotisserie has an adjustable height. The electric rotisserie set is, in fact, installed on two sliding posts. The tip at the top of the stainless steel spit makes it easy to skewer. The removable forks can be tightened to hold the grill. The tubular section is square to ensure a firm hold of the forks and thus facilitate the rotation of the roasting set.
