Enamelled tank and hood

Easy to move
The Fernand barbecue is inspired by the "round" model.
This model is popular because it could not be any simpler to use, and because of its different settings which allow it to be used as a smoker or a traditional barbecue.
The Fernand barbecue ignites quickly thanks to its two vents. These vents fan the embers and manage the air flow so that the coal is not consumed too quickly.
The air circulates easily as there are vents under the tank where the ash collector is, and also on the hood.
The charcoal is placed on the interior grate of the barbecue. This allows the necessary air vacuum for the oxygen to be supplied via the vent below.
Additionally, this vent is operated simply with a lever.
The Fernand barbecue is a reliable product. The tank and lid are made from high quality steel coated with a heat-resistant enamel paint. The interiors of the hood and tank are also coated with black enamel paint.
Furthermore, this 4-legged barbecue is very stable thanks to its stainless steel base. This practical and well-thought-out barbecue can be handled safely, even when hot, thanks to its large handles.
Its ash collector is easy to remove, making cleaning easy and fast. So that it can be moved easily, the Fernand barbecue is equipped with large wheels.
The hook placed inside the hood allows the lid to be hooked to the tank and not to be placed on the ground when you check on your cooking.
The barbecue has several grates: one for the charcoal, one for cooking and one at foot level to store your utensils and condiments.
